15.30  – 19.30        Noise Check & Scruntineering

2nd March 2008     

08.45                     Rally Start – Epynt Range                                                         

16.30                     Rally Finish – Rally HQ

Saturday 1st March 

05.00                     Race crew leave Grantham to go on Recce – Epynt ranges 

09.00                     Service crew leave Grantham to go to Scrutineering – Llandovery 

10.00                     Race crew sign on for Recce – Rifle Range Epynt High visibility No’s will be issued and must be fixed on front and rear screens throughout recce 

10.30                     Race crew start recce 

15.00                     Service crew arrive Llandovery – Unload trailer in Mart car park at rear of Castle hotel. Please do not unload anywhere else.      

16.00                     Race crew leave ranges to go and meet Service crew in Llandovery for Scrutineering and documentation. Rally plates and process card will be issued at Noise, all rally plates and high visability No’s must be fixed prior to scrutineering. Race crew to provide High visibility No’s after recce. Documents + Items needed for Scutineering: Log book, MOT, Overalls, Helmets, Rally car 

15.30 – 19.30        Team to go through Noise and Scrutineering when Race crew have returned to LLandovery from recce. 

16.00 -  20.30        Documentation – Castle Hotel Llandovery – enter through rear entrance of  hotel. Documents needed: Licences, insurance certificate, noise and scrutineering pass sheets.  

Sunday 2nd March 

07.15                     Team to leave accommodation and go up to Central Service Area – Rifle ranges Eypnt. Service vehicle plates must be fixed to front of vehicle. The centre road is being closed at 08.30. There will be NO access to the Service area after that time. No trailers are allowed in service area – please park in lay-by’s between the top of the dual carriage way & Dixies or at the Tirabad end of the service area. 

08.45                     Start of event

09.00                     Car No.1     MC.1 – Start – cars start at 30s intervals

09.40                     Car No. 83   MC.1 – Provisional start time, Official start times will be posted at 07.00 on notice board in the rifle ranges and MC1  

16.30                     Rally finish MC4 – Castle Hotel, Llandovery 

19.00                     Presentation of awards
