Saturday 23rd August
 06.30 Race crew leave Grantham to go on Recce – Drovers, Epynt ranges

 

09.00 Service crew leave Grantham to go to Scrutineering – Builth Wells 11.15 Race crew sign on for Recce –  upstairs Drovers, Epynt ranges 11.30 Race crew start recce 15.00 Service crew arrive Builth Wells – Unload trailer and go and get written permission for use of the in car camera from the clerk of the course at signing on location (Brian Jones). 16.00 Service crew take rally car through noise and scrutineering         Please note 16.00 is our allocated scrutineering time and we must attend at that time. Not early or late!

 

Service Crew please gain written permission from the clerk of the course to enable us to use the in car camera. You will also need to sign a declaration

to usage. The clerk of the course will be present at signing on. Please ask him to sign the written permission prior to scrutineering!

Rally plates and process card will be issued at Noise, all rally plates and high visability No’s must be fixed prior to scrutineering.

Documents + Items needed for Scutineering: Log book, MOT, Overalls, Helmets, Rally car

 

16.00 Race crew leave ranges to go and meet Service crew in Builth Wells.  16.00 - 18.30 Documentation –  International Pavilion, Showground, Builth Wells

 

No competing cars are to be taken to signing on location.

 

Documents needed: Licences, insurance certificate, noise and scrutineering pass sheets.

 

Sunday 24th August

 

07.15                     Team to leave accommodation and go to Rally HQ to drop race crew and rally car off.                              Prepare car for start, eg. Fuel up etc.                             Service crew then go up to Central Service Area –Eypnt.                             Service vehicle plates must be fixed to front of vehicle. 07.45                     Drivers briefing – upstairs in the international building (signing on).                                     Please note a speed restriction of 20mph is in place on the forest link road and a speed gun will be in operation during the event.                             08.00                     Start of event 08.00                     Car No.1     MC.1 – Start - Royal Welsh Showground Builth Wells

 

17.00                     Rally finish MC4 – Royal Welsh Showground Builth Wells
